Once your order is delivered, you can raise a exchange within 24-48 hours of delivery from My orders section on website.

Proper Unboxing video is mandatory incase of damaged product or even in case of size exchange.

In case of exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to your original address.

Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.

We don’t offer Returns. We offer exchange only for size and damage. If the item didn’t fit you right or you received a damaged product, please email us at admin@zailley.com for easy exchange within 48 Hours of delivery with Opening Video.

The entire amount of the returned product will be used to exchange the product. Exchange is done on MRP basis.

All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. 

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. The costs for the return will be borne by the customer.

Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and unwashed. Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in that case.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of garment, we can cancel the order and issue credit note to the customer. The customer will be notified about cancellation and will receive the credit note via Email/ Sms- This coupon/credit balance for any order cancelled by us can be used for a future purchase within 12 months on zailley.com . All refunds are issued via credit notes usable on our Website.
